I am about to start stripping my early Alpino to turn it into a kind of Montjuic rep (Monpino?)
I may as well sell the seat and tail fairing and to me they look identical to the parts fitted to an SF3. Does anyone know if they are indeed the same parts?

On the other hand,  if somebody else was trying to restore an Alpino and desperately needed a seat, then this could be their only chance to find one.  ::)

I was thinking along those same lines, Henry, as I progressed with my SF2 mods.
Now I am just sick of finding storage for the old parts, and recon I will sell them on and recoup some of my costs.

Wish I had have made up my mind sooner.
I would have lobed the extra bits off the frame and saved a few more ounces.

It probably would have been Henry, but I have only been able to get ( most of) the bits I need for my project because other have been willing to part with components that they could have hoarded. What goes around comes around and the Seat has gone to a forum member in Italy. I await an SFC rep replacement from Jim Lomas.
