its not hard to get at it
begin with the bike in neutral and a drain tray under beneath the right side of the bike, start by removing gear lever and then the triangular cover, be sure that the shaft spline passes through and remains with the inner cover, not that it matters, it is so that you can look at the set up and maybe take a picture, next remove the gear change from the inner case, noting the position of the open legged spring and shims /washers, and then withdraw the circular, gear change device, it just slides out, note also shims/washers. then remove all the bolts holding the inner cover to the crankcase, note the positions of the different lengths, again it is easy to sort if you don't, there is one "internal" one, at the bottom usually hiding in the oil, all the others are external, remove the cover and the spindly (easily broken) gasket, it will now hang on the hydraulic pipe, remove the rubber dust cover (be careful only pattern ones available and they are nothing like as good as original Brembo) now you can see the piston itself, over a tray or absorbent cloth, "pump" the clutch lever a few times and it will be out, and so will a quantity of fluid.
Measure the piston it will be 30mm or 31mm diameter (very unlikely to be 35mm) obtain new "O" ring (I have all sizes) and the two gaskets, pick out the old "O" ring and replace with new, insert the lubed with fluid piston, replace the dust cover, refit the inner cover, then you have to re-insert the tubular gear change device, this is "timed", get down to eye lever with the hole and you will see a mark on the gear inside the crankcase, insert the device (remember shims) in such a way as that the mark(s) on the device lines up with the mark inside the cases, its easy, it is quite a course set of gears, so if you are out it is very obvious, re-install the gear change shaft and spring, replace outer cover, add oil to engine and your done. Except for bleeding the clutch fluid, do this by filling the master cylinder with fluid, then loosen the handlebar bolts and turn the master cylinder so that the pipe work is running down hill, tie the clutch lever against the handlebar and walk away, the following day, when you release the tie the clutch will be bled.
