hi...i am still struggling to get the right hand cylinder to run...i have swapped electrics from the left hand side....i have compression tested it...i am now looking towards the pick ups on the electronic ignition...i have tested the continuity....but they could be breaking down under load....previously a member suggested that i replace the wires to the pick ups...but could not connect directly because they are encapsulated... .i have shopped around and i cannot find any new or second hand pick ups.....cheers....Dave

I seem to recall Andy Bartlett rewiring some pick-ups. Maybe worth asking him for some advice/help.
BTW, AFAIK most of the 350s were built prior to 1980, but weren’t big sellers so took time for them all to get sold, and many were converted to 500s, so getting quite rare now.
I have some spare engine parts, but most of the parts are the same as the 500, but even they are now getting harder to find.

Mostly Italian market models due to VAT on larger capacity bikes.
The same applied at one time in France where bikes over 240cc were taxed more, hence my Ducati 239.
The same applied in Spain to protect the Spanish producers.

To my eye those are the same bosch pickups as mentioned in my TEK replacement guide posting. Reterminate the incoming fly wire is one rectification, there is no rectifying the pole faces pulling out of the molded body towards the impulse cam, not least the twin pole faces rarely are square to the impulse cam.

The actual two pole faces are a magnetic shunt path when the impulse cam bridges the two pole segments. More about providing a working bipolar impulse voltage at low to very low cold cranking rpm, than advanced design of these twin pole face reluctor pups. HTH j.
