1998 Ghost Strike 668 Spark Plugs

My bike starts cutting off at about 7500 RPM; never did before. The only different thing is the new Iridium Spark Plugs (NGK Iridium IX DCPR9EIX). I’m guessing these are the problem. Anyone knows the correct Iridium plugs for my bike?

You don’t need iridium plugs - my formula runs very cleanly on standard plugs - I know it’s a pain but put your old ones back in or purchase a couple of non iridium plugs. Standard are NGK DCPR9E ( Formula)

From everything I read the Iridium plugs supposed to give a better spark and last longer. I will get a set of regular plugs and see if it makes a difference. Thanks for the advice

Thanks Rob. Mine is fuel injected not carbureted but I’m going to try the conventional spark plugs anyways and see the difference.
