2026 Laverda calendars?

There used to be Laverda Forum calendars…..

The long term calendar guy bailed out after muttering, neigh, screaming “Like herding fucken cats” never to be seen again, I Grant you.

Jo and a couple of others had a good old crack, but that didn’t last longer than a leap year calendar.

Was fun looking at all the entries posted for voting though. Ahhh, the good old days.

I see what you did there- clever man!

Half-baked idea time - how about doing the photo selection thing on the forum as before, then making the selected photos available for forum members to download, and then individuals or groups thereof can use any local or online calendar source. Downside is loss of copyright on photos if that’s an issue.

How about somebody going to the printers after having centralised orders and payment, run after late or non payers, going to pick up the calendars, putting them in enveloppes, addressing them and then going to the post office before receiving a load of mails saying "I wasn't aware of this, can I have one?" despite having spent weeks writing messages.
That may be the crux of the problem.

Some years ago Grant organized a calendar as far as I remember…I assume he won‘t do it again
No, he was pissed off by people not being consistent and for the lack of recognition.

Malcolm Cox has done a calender for the last couple of years.

As far as I know Malcolm is intending to do a 2026 calendar in which he will feature the bikes that were assembled at the Willersey Jota anniversary event, however I would certainly wait for Malcolm to confirm that is still his intention.

"You never know but Malc Cox may do another one."

talking to him yesterday, I would seriously doubt that, after 3 events at Willersey, his mum dying, a complicated personal injury claim and work, he would have trouble with time, and if I know Macolon as well as I think I do, he wont do it unless he can do it very well.
