3C cam chain tensioner blade

Doing the shims on the 3C. There is a copper washer on both sides of the head where the bolt holds the blade in. Should the inside one be there? Would have thought only one on the outside under the head of the bolt.

Just on the outside Marty the recess on the inside should take the boos that the M6 bolt screws into.

That's what I thought, blade was sitting out at the top. Another strange Doug Home thing. Thanks Maurice
