3C Fuel Tank

Hi all.
I'm looking for a tank for my '76 3CL restoration.
After sandblasting the original tank I found a small crack and pin hole that needed to be welded up.
I took it to my friends welding shop to get it fixed but the guy who did the work ruined the tank when pressure testing.
He used way too much air pressure and blew the tank up like a balloon! Luckily no one was hurt.
The metal is stretched and its beyond repair.

Located in Canada.

Thanks

Tony

I know a bloke that lives in Brisbane, and drives road trains for a living, that did that while attempting to remove a dent, after a meeting with a power pole 😳 to the point the ears slipped over the front rubber blocks.

Luckily, a couple of ratchet straps pulled it back into shape, but the fucken dent remained. 😤
