It is a bit of a bitsa,,,,too bad it’s without ‘landed’ papers, it has no chance of entering Canada, at any price. Hard to tell if it’s a late 180, or an early 120, the gauges would indicate an CCP early 120 or a 1200 180. Side covers are from a twin I think.

I used to see lots of threads about getting Dirt Bikes or anything ODD regoed for use in California, also ODD as every form of modification I thought was allowed there. Some states allowed usually unregisterable bikes to pass and that allowed you to get past that hurdle for Cal rego. But that's been slowly closing I found that Hysericaly funny as California is the home of USA off-road. We in Oz have a gov standard called ADRs, Australian Design Rules. The importers apply and need to pass these rules to get road registration in Oz. At one point there were a couple of companies in Oz modifying pure MX bikes to pass their Rules to get competitive bikes into Enduro racing. They need road rego to compete, but that's kind of died off as most use high-tech European Endro bikes that the imports put through the ADRs to sell them. Some info on bypassing Cal rego issues.

I just had to buy my 3c back in the day, it so badly needed at a minimum a solid washing. I just couldn't leave it in the state I saw it in with the idiot who had neglected it so badly. It even had some arsehole stub cigarettes out on its fuel tank. Some people don't deserve to own bikes like that.
