'74> SFC engine head valves data

Hi all

Does anyone of you would have on hand/know some technical data regarding the mounting of new 7mm stem valves/guides on fresh seats ?
Like inner and outer spring rates, free lenghts, inlet/exhaust spring preloads, inlet/exhaust valve's stem lengths, .. etc etc ?

I've made some "searches" with the forum search tool but without luck.

I have factory 7mm SFC valves in the shed, but am pressed for time to look and measure. As soon as I get the chance I'll get what measurements I can. Prob is they are shortened, but the length to the collet ring is std. Red might well be tour best option. As for springs, I have never measured them - i just use factory SFC and on the SFQ have some of Phil T's custom SFC springs.
