I am sure there are plenty around from people who have move to electronic ignition - I have one which you can have if you don't find anything closer.

It looks like the complete ignition assembly (inc some used parts) from Laverda Paradies could be over £400 with shipping to the UK. There are some very sorry looking backplates alone on ebay (no advance mech') for about £100, so maybe an electronic ignition set-up could be an option?

I understand the arguments for-and-against electronic, but I've appreciated the ease of maintainance and running benefits of the Scozia/Ignitech Keith Nairne fitted with other electronic upgrades to my 71SF.

If electronic isn't for you, I still have the complete serviceable ignition backplate assembly and advance in good condition (plus original Bosch coils, voltage control and starter solenoid). I kept them in case I wanted to roll back for originality, but can't see me doing that tbh. So I'd probably let them go. I believe these fit your bike, feel free to pm me if you're stuck.
