Harsh but fair. I know nothing of this bike other than what's in the ad. A WO.F is the NZ certification of road legality.
And I'd like to know where they got that one issued.

You've got to realise there are at least three New Zealands. Auckland - home of hipsters and covid. The rest of the North Island - where hipsters are tolerated and they got covid from Auckland. And the South Island. Where we play winning rugby, don't tolerate hipsters - and are quite prepared to burn Aucklanders on sight on suspicion of carrying covid and drinking lattes
