I suggest we all chip in a bit and you go and buy it Dave. We then secure it at what seems to be a bargain price. Once bought we check it out. If it’s genuine we’re quids in. If not, we demand our money back for sellers misrepresentation. Simple.

Or you could ask the Motorcycle Broker his opinion to take the risk out of the purchase.

The phone number on the listing is for a shipping company in Colorado. I think this listing has shown up on other websites and it turns out to be a scam.

But what do I know? Go for it ....... if I'm wrong then you get a great deal!

I tend to agree that it is likely to be a bit dodgy, a bit like another bike offered for sale recently.

Gents, an old (craigslist) scam, been around in one form or another with all types of goods including bargain Ferraris etc. They count on the fevered, unreasoned, responses to extract money.

Like Jim, I did try to call the seller and the person who answered had no idea what I was talking about so I emailed him that I was interested. His response was he had lost his phone was waiting for a new number and could he have my telephone number and location. This is how it went, not sure what to make of it
