Hi Oehlin. I'm assuming your 1973 SF is an SF1? CEV chromed plastic headlight shell? I'm pretty sure he clamps you show are from a 1000 Laverda and are missing the front section that the headlight shell bolts to. The SF1 had one piece brackets with small alloy rings and rubbers top and bottom, the same as the SF2 but for 35mm forks. - the SF2 had 38mm forks so the bracket holes were larger to suit.

Your angle plates are definitely not from Laverda. The sheet metal brackets 53/54 are screwed onto the silent block. I'll have a look in my spare parts "warehouse" to see what else I have there.

Yes I do have the CEV chromed plastic headlight shell and the current bracket is self made.
Probably the previous owner mixed the front end with a few different parts. But according to the partlist I can use a pair of number 27/27A
I'm happy with that as I'm not a "rivet counter"
What model I have , I dont know, My papers only says 750SF (frame nr 11332)

If you will sell the GTL ears (with out the holders witch I have) in the bottom would be nice ?
Other wise I might consider the SF1/2/3 type.
Price?
As Marnix rightly pointed out, SF1 and very early SF2 is for 35mm forks, others are for 38mm.

Keeping the GTL ones sorry.
The one set of SF brackets came of an early SF2 (single disc) with 35mm forks. The second set came off an SF2 (twin disc) with 38mm forks. The brackets are the same and the only difference was that the rubber bushes were different with the 35mm forks having a correspondingly smaller inside diameter to match the 35mm forks. I've always assumed this was original but who knows now...

I'd need to check but not taking the front off my 35mm forked SF2 to check.

I will try to find a pair of ears to screw on to my existing tubes an untill then I can use my homemade ears

Hi Oehlin, I still have two brackets that also fit your flatter headlight. The longer curved holders are usually for the long old Bosch lamp.
Both brackets are rustproof and unbent. The left side is new/unused (or newly chrome-plated), the right side was already in use.
