I am trying to find actual tyre widths once fitted.
Been looking on each tyre manufacturers site but can't find the info.

I want to compare actual tyre widths by make and model of tyre.
Pretty sure I could find it previously but maybe they have removed such data from their websites.

Anyone able to point me in the right direction here?

Try Metzeler, Grant.

They used to list this sort of trivia in their tech sheets, always in respect to one specific rim width though.  Won't apply directly to other makes, but will get you an idea.

Already looked at Metzeler, Pirelli and Bridgestone with no luck.
I suspect they have removed such detailed info from their websites. Last time I saw it on their websites was a couple of years ago.
If someone has a link to such info that would be much appreciated. I can't find it.

I think I found what I was looking for.
Bridgestone 120/90 x 18 = 121mm inflated
Metzeler Lasertec 120/90 x 18  134mm inflated

I am trying to find the widest tyre at a 120/90 x 18 fitment to help me with a cunning plan.
Pop pop POP...

Hi Grant,
Wouldn't width fitted and inflated depend on the rim size you are using? Tyres as I understand it, can be fitted onto a small range of rim widths and the resulting width will vary, No?

Neither of which are important in my plan.
Has to be a 120/90 and has to be as physically wide as possible.
Will not be ridden in this format.

Hi Grant,

Here is a link to the Bridgestone BT 45 web site that has OD (overall Diameter) & TW (total Width)

http://www.bridgestone.com/products/motorcycle_tires/products/battlax/bt45.html

cheers

Thanks.
In the end I found data for Bridgestone, Avon and Metzeler, with the Metzeler coming out widest on a fitted 120/90 tyre at 134mm, whereas the smallest was Bridgestone at 121mm.
I ordered the Metzelers and get them fitted this morning.
