I need to detach the rear cowling/seat and for the life of me I can't figure why I'm having a problem. I have
removed the two rear bolts from the seat frame base and the two 6mm fasteners from the lower triangular
sections of the cowling (i.e. under rear master cylinder ). The front of the seat/cowling seems anchored down
but I cannot see any more fasteners to remove. I'm stumped...Advice freely accepted with NO mocking to any
parties !

You just need to remove the two screws located at the rear end of the frame extension—positioned, so to speak, beneath the seat and the mudguard. Once these screws are removed, the entire seat unit can be pulled off towards the rear. (Naturally, the cable connectors will need to be unplugged.) I’ve taken a picture.

I tried clicking the clothes dryer filter back in last night; it wouldn't fit. I tried 3 or 4 times before seeing the big plastic mesh that was sitting beside the dryer, put the 2 bits together and it all fitted. I did exactly the same thing 6 months ago; sad to get old.

And before you know it..........................
It's when you're watching the telly & you think to yourself, " When it's time for the adverts, I'll put the kettle on for a cuppa & go for a wee ".
A short while later you come to the realisation that you're now stood in the toilet holding the kettle, or in the kitchen next to the kettle holding ya dick !!
" Aaahh, he does get confused these days bless him ", says the voice of your carer.
