As the title says, I am looking at placing an order for SFC 750 Arrow Conrods, rate them better than Carrillo's as they use a one piece Conrod as opposed to Carrillo who use a pressed in hardened Bush into the Big end bore
I run Carrillo conrods in my race engines and have had a couple of those Bushes spin thus blocking off the oil feed to the bottom of the pistons and Liners resulting in, yet another expensive engine rebuild

However, I will admit that I am not certain what failed first, did the Bush spin or was the result the cause of some other failure, damage has always been that extensive it is very hard to tell

I have a price from Arrow for a run of 12 SFC Conrods, as with anything that is custom made the more we order the price per item should reduce

Anyone interested in buying any ?
Am only going to do this once as opposed to the Arrow triple Conrods where I seem to be buying 45-60 every 18 months
Buying another 45 triple Conrods this order, just thought to attach the SFC order on to the triple order as only difference is the length

Let me know

Yep. Custom crank - when i eventually get around to building my original SF back up - will need the narrow rods and one spacer for the outer std SF webs. How do you manufacture your spacers for narrow rods in SF cranks? What material? And loose or tight fit on the pins?
