I have a few questions about some upcoming work on my new bike. Do Atlas,s have the same exhaust copper seals at the head as triples, do they use the same shims, do they hold the usual 3litres of oil and do they have the same mesh style oil filter as typical Laverdas, is there a cartridge oil filter. Thanks

It's a 500 engine basically, so:
Same exhaust gaskets, 6mm valve stems, 3 litres more or less of oil, no oil filter unless it has a Zane engine in it.

Just to be clear, I thought the triple shims are 7mm, so Atlas and 500 shims are 6mm?
