It has to be said that the worlds highest mileage motorcycle is also a Goldwing between 400/700k miles depending on who you believe.

A doubtful claim.

There's the Vincent Black Prince (Vinny Long Legs) that had 721,703 miles on the clock when it was last up for sale in 2011. It could have a million miles on it by now.
Not to mention Dave Zien who clocked up a million miles on his 1991 Harley Davidson FXR Super Glide in 2009.
There are probably other million-mile bikes out there.

And this one has a brown seat too!

Rode one for 10 minutes, insanely long wheel base & HEAVY- couldn't wait to get off it. Nothing more than a gimmick IMHO.

In the late 70s when I worked in a Honda shop we had a customer that rode his Goldwing Year round and I mean year round. He had one eye and I always thought that had something to do with licensing (No for auto, but loophole for bike). Anyway this guy would wear out components that Honda never wore out. We would send in these dead pieces to Honda.
