B vs BR

Latest addition to the fold was fitted with BR 8ES plugs by owner and it runs like crap.
Today I went to buy some B 8ES and was told they only had BR 8ES.
Are B 8ES still available?
Anyone run BRs?

I assume to run BRs successfully you need a non-resistor plug cap?

Oh, and are EV plugs still available (Gold Palladium)?

B8ES are still available, if you can't source in Spain send me an email.
Stay clear of the EV plugs, expensive and not suited for our old bangers.

Gerald I think you mean the new Iridium plugs. I have used EV plugs for decades to great effect.

I will dig deeper for ES or EV plugs here, thanks.

Hi Grant, you could also take BP8ES. Unless you have done something radical to piston/head clearances, the projected nose should not foul anything. Turn over by hand to double check. HTH, Hag.

I used BP8ES for a few thousand miles when I couldn't get B8ES and didn't notice the difference!
