Be Careful Sarah !

I happened upon a stunt show put on by a hungarian "artist" at a recent bike exibition. Racing straight at me at what appeared warp speed, he pulled a massive 30-metre stoppie, his eyes popping out of his head right to the visor. Sheer madness could be detected in those eyes! Reminded me of the old Big Daddy Roth comics of the '70s...

Never ever not make an error, no bits suddenly snap, wind is perfect every time, no practice is ever needed. Till they fuck up and hurt the poor slob like me.

She is one impressive master of control. Love her stuff. Has anyone seen the clip of the guy breaking the world record for a stoppie? Gets up to about 260+ (kph for you yanks) and up he goes, controlling the rate so he gets the longest possible distance and time. Farking insane. I just pulled off a stoppie (unintended  ) at about 20kph ... and it was fukken awful!

I did an accidental stoppie at 80kph that made me go over the bars, the Honda Civic that caused the stoppie didn’t fare well either

During a bike safety training, we were asked to performe an emergency stop. My stop almost caused an emergency... Was riding the Formula to roughly 60km/h and should break like: Pull the lever so that the bike sinks down on the front and gives maximum pressure to the tire, than fully pull the lever. I did, performed a stoppi that almost threw me over the front, managed to release the brake, back tire down again, braked again, just to be up in the air with the rear again. bloody hell - these brakes on the Formula are massive...

Managed not to drop the bike , but the eyes of the instructor almost popped out in panic mode... My son who was with me on that training, loved it...

Was in a safety training with my XT600. There was that task where you had to accelerate to 60 and stop as quick as possible when the instructor waves. We had to do that several times and I always thought to myself how far that front would collapse. After that they told me that my rear wheel was regularly 10 - 20cm in the air. I never noticed. I acted cool that day, but was asking myself how far from leaving the bike over the handlebars I actually was. Driving god my ass......
