I attended the British Historic Racing club’s awards ceremony yesterday evening. I had been invited as I was told I had an award to collect. I wasn’t quite sure what for, so went along out of curiosity more than anything.
Turned out I finished third in a class of the BEARs pre 1997 championship. Happy days!
As Dave Fitz couldn’t make the ceremony I also claimed his award. He won the F3 pre 1985 BEARs on his 500. I think it looks good on my bike.
