Biagio Sciavarrello exhaust

I too am waiting on my exhaust s well, having pre paid in October last year. It seems he has changed the specification of them without telling me as well.
I don't have nor believe in facebook, but perhaps someone who is in the various laverda facebook pages, where he advertises , could ask their administrator to ask him not to advertise on them anymore, if he can not supply the items.
I had some photos of the exhaust which I posted in my building my Jota thread, about 2 weeks ago, I have asked him this week when they will be finished, but I get less than adequate answers back
I have asked an Italian friend to call him and express the importance of fulfilling orders on time, I was promised 10 days from payment.
Failing this I will contact Subitto IT and denounce him as a false advertiser, so at least he can be stopped there. I have proof of payment and an invoice from him, based on using Subitto, and I have had great success in using their website before, so I would imagine that the would want to get inconsistent businesses off their website
I know that life has been tough under corona virus in Italy, I live in spain, and I can still work under the restrictions that we have, in Italy it is also possible as my machinist and several other suppliers to me are still producing on time and delivering on time, so I am less accepting of any claims that corona virus has slowed him down.
I would hope that sensibility prevails and he acts with honour and good faith and gives refunds to those of us that have not received our items paid for up front.
I would now suggest people should think twice about using him.
this is not a witch hunt and I am not being derogatory at all. But please be warned. I was told not to use him , I should have listened. If Biaggio is on this group , please feel free to safely share your side of the story.

That's what I was sent on the first of December 2020.picture attached....then in January he comes out with a 48.3 mm size header pipe( the guy who is making these must have run out of 45mm)....it is at this time I started to ask him questions and pictures of the system on the test bike, I was told I was asking intrusive questions, so I told him to cancel the order as the pipe was too big, he has blanked all my attempts to contact him since....I also paid up front for the items....€772....by bank transfer....I have been told by a person on here who has contacted him on my behalf that he will send the pipe and seat when it's ready, whenever that is.(his words not mine)...this is even after I told Biagio Sciavarrello that I was cancelling the order.

48.3mm headers on a triple??? I reckon that will pull about as hard as a 250 Kawasaki triple.

That’s unfair, the little 250 triples weren’t rocket ships, but they were OK in their day.

I remember the first zxr 250 I saw, I thought it was awesome... until I saw the zxr750 next to it!

The bigger ones coped with the peaky nature and powerband - the 250 triple would drop off the powerband when you shifted from 2nd to 3rd even though you'd redlined the friggin' thing. Maybe 10 teeth up on the rear sprocket would have narrowed to gap enough to keep it on song!!!
