Borrani rim, with number 4743

I do have a spare Borrani 4743 rim (rear disk brake SFC750).
It's a reproduction made by Borrani back in 2013 though.

But I'll only trade it for that particular 4742 one (front disk brake of very early 3C and '73 factory 750 racers).

Because I had a very early 3C, pre-oilcooler, I believe nr 308 at the end of the frame/engine number, but I do not remember 4742.
But perhaps the one that came direct behind the drum brake 3 cilinder was 4742

The Borrani 4742 front rim was made for that particular front hub (Magnesium).
A Ceriani 35 front fork completed the front end setup.

See pictures below (Ceriani 38 though).

I'm certainly not a 3C expert but I suppose that particular wheel has been fitted to a few (?) very very early '73 disk brake 3Cs.

Early 1973 Augusto Brettoni was in charge for adapting the new Brembo hydraulic disk brake system on the new (prototype) Moto Laverda 750 factory racer ("low boy" frame).
At that time, at Luciano Zen's request, he said he made several trips to the Brembo factory in Paladina, near Bergamo, Italy, to fine tune and solve some technical details.

In 1972, Brembo started supplying its first complete braking system to Moto Guzzi.

Below is a front wheel of a Belgian owned 750 SFC.
Jean-Claude's front end is coming most probably from one of those factory '73 SFC racers as his bike is a rebuilt one.
