Bosch advance mechanism pictures and details on the springs

Hi does anyone have a picture of the assembly of the advance mechanism and the springs please any information on the ignition system would be useful as I have issues timing and acceleration. Thanks

Out of interest, which part is 'the lower plate'? I'd say every piece of that mechanism is essential to its operation.
