Bosch - Starter Push Button

Hi All

I need to get this apart, but the plastic is feeling very fragile and won't stand prodding and poking. Could someone give m a tip on how it comes apart please?  Cheers.

Also. the steel ring under the button - gloss black paint as standard?

The bezel/steel ring screws out of the plastic base.  Shouldn't put up much of a fight...

Thanks buddy. Its as stiff as a teenage boys bed sheets. So, i'll over night it in a penetrant.

Should the bezel be black painted?
