& bottom Gt engine has 2 bolts

See pics. Bolts are long in recessed area. Front ones are studs. Were the rears changed out? Other engines have studs on bottom.

Yes, they were studs originally.

To me it looks like the screws used are of a thicker diameter.
The previous owner may have torn out the stud bolt thread and had no opportunity / experience to repair the thread professionally with a thread insert.

I would definitely do this in your place the next time the engine is dismantled. If the studs are glued into good threads with screw locking, they will hold securely and firmly.
