Bracket question.

Hi All, can anyone tell me what this bracket with 2 drilled holes on the right side of my Jota frame is for?.. please see pic.

Some markets had left side shift, right side brake. The bracket will support the brake cylinder if required.

Looking at the angle movement of the rod end at the master cylinder it is no wonder that the rear brake in inefficient! I’m surprised it works at all.

It works just fine. What is inefficient is the lack of photo showing the angle movement of the rod end at the master cylinder. You may be confusing this with the issue of the linkage on a LHS brake setup.
