Broken side cover

Hi guys ,as per the title I’m looking for a left hand side original side cover to hopefully fix my lhs cover that departed the bike while I was enjoying a track day at Phillip Island late last year. The top rear corner was broken off but the rest of the cover is still good. I’ve spoken to my painter cum panel beater and he is confident that it can be repaired. Anyway here’s hoping someone can help😊👍

I have a set of undamaged sidecovers, which I think I mentioned when we were at Phillip Island where the damage was done. I'll take a couple of photos and post later today,. Ciao. Serge.
 
Tom: Here you go. Had these a long time . Don't ask about the paint scheme - I have no idea, they just came that way. In great condition, and I'm sure we can agree on a modest price. I can even deliver them to Canberra in about four weeks. Cheers. Serge.

Fukn offers coming from everywhere, Tommy!! I damaged my bike at PI that day too, but unfortunately it went a little beyond cracked plastic! :eek:
Hey, Serge, got any 87mm Ross pistons and a cuppla OS sleeves lying around in that there old box a spares? :ROFLMAO:
 
Mine were pretty beat up when I got my Jota. Cracks in them as well as a couple of missing barbs that go in the fixing grommets.
Not having access to plastic welding gear, I patched them up with fibre/epoxy on the inside and made new grommet barbs out of epoxy with a decent wide base to glue them on. They look a bit patchy on the inside but are stronger than they ever were. All that's visible on the outside now are the fine lines of the glued-up cracks, and a few paint chips. I'm sure they'll look as good as new if I ever get around to re-painting them.
