Hi!

I need one or two P08 brake calipers, they can be in bad condition, but they should have the bleeding nipples broken inside...

I also need an ignition key, what after market option are there? (Laverda 1200, so I assume the standard ND?)

Best regards,
Miguel

Hi Miguel,
I think they can be ordered at stein dinse, also some on ebay kleinanzeigen germany but with high prices, maybe Volki also has some or ralf? ciao brunetti?

brake calipers new at stein dinse 199€.
Keys are Suzuki. I also ordered a new lock OCT or Wolfgang Haerter

mmmh... I don't really need new calipers, I need them used, to restore. I am restoring a few calipers for third persons and would be nice to have some stock to have some spare parts for them.
Ok! thank you! I will check the keys!
Regards,
Miguel

The keys have numbers (e.g.106 etc.)
I din't know if you'll find the corresponding number
somewhere on the lock.

Sorry may be I was not clear enough (idiomatically) what I meed is the full ignition, with a couple of new keys. I was looking for suzuki parts and I found one very similar that probably will do the job, just 6€ on Aliexpress🤨

Ignition switch is Suzuki, which is Japanese.

Which sort of calipers do you need Miguel? 1 or 2 bleed screws? Threaded, Ceriani type, or smooth mounting?

Maybe it makes sense to look it directly to a suzuki supplier then it will be Japanese. Instead of ebay or aliexpress… i gues is an ignition switch for small suzukis?
Thanks Paul, I have to find out because is for a third party project… (good friend of mine)
Regards

They are not hard to find, Japanese is only about a zillion times better than Chinese........
You are probably better off buying an old one, I have one but Im in Oz, maybe someone closer has one they can part with.

I bought what I thought was a genuine NOS right hand ND switch. I've had to replace the internal electrical stuff with parts I've kept from ACTUAL genuine switchgear because even just wiring up the bike the contacts were fukt. Even a genuine throttle barrel wouldn't fit without modding work. It wasn't cheap and looks very good, but it isn't. I would have paid more if I could have guaranteed genuinity (my word invention ;-)
