Cam question, not technical

Look out Great Grandad is back, perhaps his beard is longer now, hiding up in the mountains will do that, quick... where are the scissors... j
 
I was just thinking this morning that I had not seen Cam on the site for a while, and I completely missed Cam's posting on the fire (from September).
I hope it all works out for you Cam and you come out of this smelling like a rose and not smelling like a burnt apartment. You should look into whether your city, county, or state government has any "Green' funding for you if you build back 'Green' energy-efficient, as a lot of places here in the US do.
