Casting a 750 sf badge

I work at a school for lads with complex behaviour problems, they like casting small items in pewter, mainly designer logos, naughty. Yesterday we tried to do a Laverda script, I know the rivet counters will tell me this item didn't ever appear of my bike and that the ' f ' is a bit wonky but it's a one off mould cut from some thin ply and we enjoyed pouring the pewter when it was 30 degrees outside. Big fixing pins!!
