Hi guys , i have a 1200ts laverda, and fitted a jota exhaust system and find now the center stand hits the exhaust when it is up anyone got any ideas to fix

Replace your rubber centre-stand bump stop with one of these, Ian.

Can you bung up a photo?
Have you fitted the bracket which goes between the two silencers? The rubber stop hits that. (If the rubber is too fat the stand hangs a bit low)

I have fitted new front pipes and collector which was for a 180 jota, when old system was fitted the stand hit the two pins welded to the frame which had rubber dampers on them but with new exhaust it stops stand hitting pins, i was wondering if bend in downpipes could be different for jota, the new collector has a plate welded on it , but if put damper on it , it will melt with heat, will put some pucs up

Problem is either the downpipes haven't been bent accurately, or the collector hasn't been fabricated to the correct angles. It only needs a small error to cause the problem. Try comparing new items to the originals. (I'm asuminmg you have the downpipes fitted in the correct order...an easy mistake)

I found the triple exhaust system generally a right bugger to set up, initially spending hours fiddling with it and thinking I’d cracked it only to find the centre stand clanging on the silencers when I pushed it onto its wheels!……I learnt on here that the way the down pipe collars are tightened also has an effect on how the down pipes lie under the engine and consequently how the collector box sits, which then passes on to the silencers.
Good luck with yours and I suggest plenty of tea and biscuits on standby

I have yet to come across an aftermarket exhaust system that fits a triple as the factory intended. Bends, lengths and angles mostly completely wrong. There's ALWAYS a compromise somewhere along the way.
A quick indication of if you're close to where you need to be, is the clearance of the collector exits to the rear frame crossmember. The exit tubes must be so close as to only just allow the fitment of the silencers with their clamps. The silencer clamps are only about 2-3mm from the crossmember when everything snuggles up correctly. If there is more than maybe 8mm clearance, you're lost... the entire system isn't going to sit where it should and the centrestand will chime in. A thicker/bigger rubber stop on the frame pin may prevent the clanging, but the stand tang will be far lower and be quickly grounded in corners.
