Ceramic Coating

Don't know how many of you guys have ceramic exhausts but I'd like to know how to clean them. Mine have burnt oil stains as well as the centre header has the usual road grime/stone chips.
How resilient is it to stone chips? Any input on or off topic will be of value

Is it a matt surface like exhaust paint, or is it metal-like?

is smooth surface, semi gloss

Autosol, you now how it is, once you take the cap off you can't stop, hours later, black'in hands, all the ally sparkles. I'll give it a try. Cheers

Is it possible to coat the inside only?

i heard the Brit bike guys were doing it to stop their fresh chrome blueing.

yes, it would be possible to do inside only

Hand held wire brush and autosol did the trick, not 100% but it's not a show bike!!

Doesn't fostering count as animal cruelty? Almost as bad as XXXXing it.

At the very minimum you'd want to VB it.

I don't know about ceramic coatings, but on chrome or stainless, oven cleaner will remove everything. But keep it off aluminum!!!!
