Ceriani forks 38mm

I have seen first hand Ohlin’s cartridges in 38mm marzocchi fork’s. Was on a 120 Jota in Breganze that is owned by Werner the owner of the museum. So it can be done😊you just need the money 😂

People have fitted Honda Cartridges and even managed to fit replaceable bushes top and bottom, but it takes seriously clever machining. The 2 I heard about, including A dutch bloke and Ron Young in Vacy NSW, both Bevel racers. Here is some info, including work done by a Queensland ex-Laverda owner, on how hard this is.

Had mine rebuilt by MAXTON suspension, adjustable for compression and rebound damping. Only need to remove the top caps in situ to access the adjustment. From the outside they look completely original.

That Maxton gear looks very schmick.

As for the zinc content in those pistons, I reckon I know that stuff from metal toys like Matchbox cars back in the 50s!!

Check what time of year suits, they get busy just before racing season. You get the choice of hidden adjusters or exposed. Don't think they add bushing, probably not, but check. If not, you could go Hard Anandising like Rach Tech recommends, and add those expensive reduced stiction fork seals, Dam sells them; you need to look hard there, easy to miss on their website. They work great
