Ceriani forks

Ok so the early sfs Bosch headlamp type has the 35mm front forks. Is the boot seal 35x50x7? Or would the second and third #s be less.
Then the 4 inch spring in the tubes go in bottom only. OK so the rods go in then the 3 piece bushing setup before the circlip. I am having a problem w/ the fit and don't want to force anything...

Not sure what you mean by 'boot seal' but...

Oil seals for Ceriani 35mm forks are outside diameter of 47mm. There is 14mm height available for them, so you can choose 2 x 7mm if you wish.

The short rebound springs jam into the bottom if the stanchion. You will see they are conical. The wider diameter end goes at the bottom. They sit just above the check valve and under the 'head' of the damper rod. You may have to force the rebound spring into the stanchion - they are an interference fit to stop them moving around.

Into the bottom of the stanchion, you have to insert:
1 - the damper rod.
2 - the conical rebound spring.
3 - the check valve control (the steel bit with the holes and the wave spring).
4 - The check valve (the simple alu ring)
5 - The check valve body / sleeve (place for check valve uppermost).
6 - The circlip.
