Ceriani Yokes

Hi,
I wonder if Laverda used the same top and lower yokes for the GT model and S model since the forks are a bit different.

AfaIk, the yokes for the 35mm drum-brake forks are dimensionally identical throughout the entire 750 range.  Early ones were marked Arces, later Ceriani.  Only difference between GT and S/SF,etc forks are the lengthened sliders of the GT type to go with the sheet metal shrouds as opposed to the rubber gaiters or dust caps.

A few GTs were fitted with gaiters...

Varying length of metal shrouds as well incidently, otherwise, yokes would appear identical throughout the range but I wouldn't bet too much on it.

didnt some 750's have a top yolk with cranked down (below the steering bearing) pich points for the stanchions?
CLEM

Yes, Clem, but they had disc brakes.

That was the 35/38mm type, never used on either GT or S models.

Think so Phil.

Seen a 230mm 2LS Grimeca fitted in a 500, didn't look like it needed much persuasion, so the width would be about right.
