I've knocked up a batch on my 3D printer from flex filament. Fit nicely and will probably work at least as well as the originals. Haven't tried them out yet, -10°C and 10cm of snow here, will probably stay freezing cold until February.
The pictured ones are "prototypes", I've since tweaked the printer settings and they now come out a bit nicer.
I am a bit of a grommet nerd, used a lot rubber mounting mirrors to reduce vib issues, and for some odd reason, imperial-sized grommets of a similar size to metric sized ones are much thicker and stop vibs way more.
