Hello im looking to re do the speedo and and rev counter on my Jota and wanted to know which exact Honda CB750 clocks fitted so i can keep my eye out for some . Andy
For sale by Gavin Spencer.....There was a job lot of Laverda clock parts on ebay last week. I was outbid though.
Yes I thought so.For sale by Gavin Spencer.....![]()
The clocks of the CB750 K1 did have the idiot lights, but they indeed had different ratios and.. they are harder to find than the Laverda ones.Honda CB 750 items do not fit, different ratio tach drive and idiot lights not present on Honda items.
Why not get the clocks refurbished by reputable service?
Gerald
That's because there's so many people out there restoring the silly things. The clocks of the CB750 K1 did have the idiot lights, but they indeed had different ratios and.. they are harder to find than the Laverda ones.

You are right Marnix! I thought of the early K1 clocks, but haven't seen any for sale in the classifieds in ages. The clocks of the CB750 K1 did have the idiot lights, but they indeed had different ratios and.. they are harder to find than the Laverda ones.

I used to know a guy called Neil Williams, near Abergavenny, who restored these instruments. Have lost contact with him, but someone on here - Wayne, for instance, might know him. Otherwise there’s a great company in Christchurch NZ that does a fantastic job but not much use to you.
