Berrima Brekky run
Going to Schmokin’ Cafe, 1 Market Place, Berrima
Meet 8.15 for 8.30am departure at Oasis Terrace, 1319 Mulgoa rd, Mulgoa. Heading south via warragamba, the Oaks, Oakdale, Thirlmere,Mittagong, Old Hume Highway to Berrima. Return Via Oxleys Hill rd, Bowral, Tourist rd to Robertson, Macquarie Pass, home up the highway.
 
Borderline cold, it was creeping in after the first 40ks of the 70ks of expressway to the meeting spot. Preety good turn up for a winter ride, including 2 twins. 7 at the Sydney start and 2 at the Breaky meet. Food was good, nice and sunny so we eat outside.Seems what I thought was Liver turned out to be Black Pudding, the big brekky was full blow Pommey.A bit disappointing, the ride home was traffic infested. We did the Tourist Rd heading between Mac Pass, stunningly beautiful scenery. Ghost Gums aplenty but the road surface was pretty bad and the 3 cars ahead virtually crawled along, and similar heading downhill on Mac Pass, averaged 20kph form about half way down. Had a good fun run up Mount Ousley and then hit more traffic heading past The Royal National Park all the way back to the airport and the back of Brightly Sands, thousands parked and driving about the Soccer Fields there. Word of the day TRAFFIC. My bike went well, had to run the headlight to reduce overcharging, plus the heated grips when needed. The Emulator mod, 1/2 a turn of the spring did help but I think it needs a bit more of the same. Rear brake worked really well. Dropped the oil for a change when I got home. Might sound a bit crap but really the weather was great and it's always fun to get out on the bike with the blokes.
 
BTW I was just looking through the Foxtel TV guide and on UKTV there replaying Joanna Lumleys Japan where she stays at a Guest House with a Laverda in her bedroom.

Vince, when Marty waved us on and said goodbye, what he was really saying was, fuck this I'm going to get some cake....

Cold you blokes dont know the meaning try getting into Tenterfield after dark 😊 brr after the sun went down the temperature dropped fairly quickly for sure... but it was well worth it to enjoy a beer after the last race and leave later than planned gunna be -3 in the morning hmm oh well some match fitness for the Walcha run hey at least I will have a fairing on the mighty RGS.
Looks like ya all had a good roll out by the looks of it shame about the traffic on the way home... and Marty found his carrot cake how cool is that as he loves his carrot cake. Maybe we need to send out an SOS to Walcha to get some in 😂

I thought you said it was too cold for ya and you had to do some shed work......
