Meet at the Berowra 7/11 servo 8.15 for 8.30 start. Going down over Berowra Waters Ferry, up to New Line Rd, then down to the Wombat Cafe Gunderman, the other side of Wiseman's Ferry.

Tom is your ride captain.

Cheers.
Marty

What could go possibly wrong...

The only tricky bit is at the top of the hill where you turn right well after the ferry, one street is a dead end. Done more than one U-turn there over the years.

Just checked the weather, 31c or so they say at Wisemans. If it's 35c at Windsor it will be hotter at Wisemans, they never get a breeze out there. First hot ride in I don't know how long. Camelback time.

So after a rather late night out at the track managed to drag myself out of bed and get to the meet ti support the road captain. Also just had to be present for the maiden run of the Atlas. Got there with plenty of time Stu, Will, Mark along with Tom there then habib rocks on up but sadly no Atlas
Just thinking of heading off and here it comes in all its glory into view. A sight to be had😎
So after a bit of an inspection by all Tom was real chuffed that the Atlas even has an electric start sans stickers to show as much to boot we head off
I’m in the lead as we hit the knarley twisties down ti the ferry no mirror and just waiting to be soundly whipped by said nibble Atlas but it didn’t happen hmm
Seems Vince had an issue and decided to plod along albeit the turned for home
That left the rear of us fir the run ti Wisemans where I parted company and had a rather fun ride home chasing a couple of Maseratis along the Wisemans road into Cattai

I did a little write-up on what happened in the Atlas Questions thread in Technical. Very happy to struggle along home, it was running great for the first half of the ride but not so good after that. Having intermitant power off and then suddenly come on was way to shetchy on that ride down to the ferry.

Turned out to be a pretty good ride in the end, vince , who is usually first to the meet by about an hour almost missed us.
He did turn up which was great to see, Atlas looked pretty tidy, could praps do with some new tyres but vince.
Stu bought his misses, Nati along for the ride on the back of the Bandito, great to see Nati, haven't seen her in ages.

Sadly we had lost the Atlas by the time we boarded the first ferry :(
a nice run through where ever till the second ferry crossing where we lost Brett and then Mark on his SFC 1000.

Crossed the river, road to wombat Cafe is pretty ordinary, so ordinary that Habib and Will rode right past the cafe.
So now we had two Laverdas, Pete on his BMW, Habib on the yellow Ducati and Stu and Nati on the Bandito.

Top feed then set of for Mangrove mountain.
After spencer the road got much better and we had a good run through The Old Rd.

Stopped at Pie in the Sky, Will got confused and stopped earlier but still found us.
So Vince you were missed again as we sat at the Pie in the sky listening to all the road racers doing their laps:rolleyes::rolleyes:.

Another top day.

Sadly we didn't see any Chinese motorbikes:( otherwise I would have for certain taken a few pics seeing as you guys love them so much....

but here are a few pics anyway..
