Clutch problem 3c

Hi all, my 3c had a slipping clutch so decided to fit one myself. New clutch plates in hand I carefully put them in as per manual says. So to my problem... the clutch doesn't seem to have any slip, it seems to be either on or off with very little slip, it also vibrates the bike quite a bit before full grab . When going through gears while riding it's fine. Any ideas would be welcome..
 
Maybe it will become better after some kilometers, did you control if the clutch basket had some groves which should be flattened?
Also my clutch with new plates is more an on anf off clutch, not vibrating but different as before.
