Breganzies are unique - but I refuse to dress like a "PIRATE".

Descent light weight breathable full face helmet - Leathers with Chaps - Knee and Elbow pads - You never know when that Laverda will dump on you.

Personally, I preferred the Italian Caberg Justissimo Modular Snoopy Helmet with Bristol Leathers, a strong light weight leather riding boot, Pads are up to you - Oh yes, Cat skin Gloves ;o)

Other then the Ducati 750S Breganzies were the probably the 1st Cafe Motorcycle offered to the Public.

If you want to dress like a "Pirate" - Buy a Harley.

I've got nothing against Hog's they are a great ride but also require understanding similar to our Breganzies.

I'm referring to Shovels not these modern Evolution designs. A Harley Shovel is a great Motorcycle if you the assiduity of a Breganzie enthusiasts.

If you don't have that Motorcycle assiduity both your Breganzie and Harley Shovel will DIE ! Just be aware, a Harley Shovel has 100 times the number of bolts then a Breganzie ;o)

I did ride a 76 Harley Shovel 850 AMF Sportster for a summer and truly enjoyed her - Amazing torque and smooth but my 70 Breganzie 750SF would easily take her on the top end and in the corners if you had to guts to do it in a race.

Crickey...... must have been a short summer! Most AMF H/D didn’t last a whole summer without breaking down. AMF should have stuck to bowling alleys
