I suspect the nipples are held a bay by spirit gum,the stuff used for fake mustaches and such. But then tits out is pretty common in Miami/South Beach areas.
 
I'm no expert on these things, but I suspect that that's a genuine Versace dress. Versace used to live in Miami until he was killed by some guy who just shot him dead in his home for no good reason one day a few years ago. The dresses are sold with a roll of double-sided tape, don't know what for :D :D.
If it is a real Versace dress it's also worth a lot of money. I don't understand why women wear these things, it's not like anybody pays attention when they dress up like that  :o :D :D

DM, just pronounce everything beginning with the letter 'C' as 'th'. The colonies pronounce it like an 'S', e.g. sinco de mayo, whereas the Spanish pronounce it thinco de mayo.
Or come holiday here and absorb the lingo first-hand. :D
