Correct sequence for engine mounting

Hi All,
        Got Jennys motor in the frame and all the mounting bolts in place but still loose. is there a correct way to tighten them all up or just any old how? cheers. Mark

Hi Mark,

Start at the RH rear and tighten to the frame, then the studs beneath the cases.  Then check the LH mounts for gaps to the frame, these might need a bit of shimming.  Rarely done at the factory, even more rarely afterwards!  Don't know if it is really necessary, but I do it for peace of mind.  When that's done, button up the front after you've fitted the oil hoses.
