Cox engineering exhausts

He sells through eBay, which was pretty painless when I bought mine.
He can have a little trouble with connectivity so he sometimes goes quiet for a few days but I was never ignored 👍

Thanks Andy. So do you know if he has an email address? I got one from Red a few years ago and sent a message last week but no reply.

Thanks Davo. Unfortunately I have never had or wanted a faceache account so that makes it hard. I guess maybe I'll just have to get my better half to make contact, that might work. Weird he doesn't have email?

He had email when I dealt with him. Unfortunately I haven’t kept it.
Just have a dig on eBay, his address will be on there. Or use the contact function.

Thanks Andy. I did look on ebay and I saw some contact details there (address and maybe phone?) but no email. I'll revisit that, looks like a phone call might be the way to go. I appreciate the assistance mate. Thanks

Just contacted a mate who ordered some exhaust pipes using that E-mail address a few of weeks ago. It worked for him then,
he received an E-mail reply from Malcolm on the 12th of October, but no replies since then.

Be patient, or E-bay.

He takes some time to reply, but will. He sorted my needs out, eventually.

It’s funny how these days we all expect an instant response to emails.
Try faxing him, that will teach you patience.

he has no mobile phone, (or chooses not to declare it perhaps) and no landline at his workshop, so email and phone calls get better attention when he is home, emails do go missing, recently my computer was sending them out to about four people, who were not receiving them, I have no idea why this was, but after about two months they started coming through again, they never did bounce back. I have been known to send him a letter, (remember them?) that way he has to pick the thing up off the doormat!
CLEM

He told me that he is incredible busy right now, so you may be waiting a while,
I bought some adjustable brackets a while ago, still waiting but he promised to send them out as soon as he could,
As above, he said Facebook is now where he does most of his business,

Just to confirm the meat of the previous replies.
Malcolm does not have a mobile phone, nor does he have internet access or a landline at his workshop.
He deals with correspondence via email - the gmx address is correct - plus Facebook/messenger and eBay. It follows that this happens in the evening, early morning & weekends. He does have a phone at home - PM sent.
And he is busy.
