Spotted blushing with embarrassment at London`s BIKESHED Tobacco Dock Custom Show .........

Gormless shoe shufflers who look as if they`ve never ridden a bike in their lives get the chance to completely ignore Roger Slater`s take on a sporty road version of the 500 Twin / Formula ...........

How does a Monty fit into a Custom Show ? ......... Well , I can see some red piping on the seat , a white faced instrument , what looks suspiciously like a triple front mudguard ( maybe not ) , and a completely inappropriate black rear plate ......... Where`s the brown plank seat and whitewall tyres ?

As one of the workers at Velocette said to his mate when first confronted with a Suzuki Super Six ........
" It`s all over Bert ..... pack up your tools and go home ....... " .........

PS ....... Is there a strange pipe thing poking out of the rear of the generator cover , or is it just my imagination ? ..........

I agree it’s hardly a custom bike along the lines of the Uncle Bunt/Superbike Mag Monty. It looks to me like a hydraulic clutch off a Zane bike has been fitted in place of the cable.
