Del Lorto O rings on carb gaskets

These orings were Left overs in my Del Lorto kits. There are 2 in each kit. Are these for the carb gaskets? These are far wider than the groove for the carb gaskets. If these are could they be cut to fit? I want to put the carbs back on engine. & if these are for something else what? Carbs were rebuilt w/ everything in the kits...

If they are for the carb top then these must be for the SF2 carbs. SF2 carbs are round on top. Mine are Squareslides. 30 A & 29 A. Are the kits the same for SF GT & SF2?

Yes, kits for all round slide Dell'Orto PH series.
Kits are often a mixed bag and plenty of parts are left over after an overhaul. Kits also seem to vary from one to another.
I presume that your O rings are to small to be the float bowl seals?
When you say your carbs are 30 and 29, you have two pairs of VHB (square slide) carbs?
