Hi all,
There must be a better way? For many years I have been balancing the carbs on my triple using a set of vac gauges.
It requires unscrewing the blanking screws, dropping at least one into hard to recover places, screwing in hollow threaded stubs with barb machined on the top to fit the vac hose, using pliers, screw driver, then dropping at least one into the hard to reach places etc. Then when the job is done reversing the process including dropping more fittings.
I am over it.
Does anyone know where I can get 3 longer versions of the barb fitting which can be capped off and stay in place?
I imagine they could be long enough to be level with the top of the carbs.
If I had a lathe and some brass rod I could make them but I don't and I expect someone already makes them?
Thanks
Russ
