Assuming/guessing they are prototype PHB/F.

The 3C was one of the first production bikes to come equipped with the PH-series carbs. To my knowledge they were introduced around 1971-72, which coincides nicely with the presentation of the first production-ready triples. Very possible that Laverda took on evaluation tasks for Dellorto. Cor Dees' triple #0001 has these, or very similar, carbs fitted, now in the Breganze museum. Recieving them from Hans Blomqvist fits into the picture perfectly.

Not sure what to do with them as yet. I have a half-decent '75 in boxes that I might resto-mod into a drummer, they'd be in place perfectly there.
