The refurbishing of the carbs on my 3C could fill a book.
Getting the carbs off the linking plate involved attacking the small Allen screws then the needle jets wouldn't move and had to be drilled out and the atomisers knocked out.

I had a lot of trouble getting the bank of carbs off and they will not be going back on the inlets with the original nylon sleeves that have probably swollen with time. I've ripped them out now.

The options are using Dell'Orto nylon sleeves for Ducati. They require using a rubber seal behind because they don't have a lip. These sleeves need adjusting of the outer diameter to get into the carb throat and then further adjusting to get onto the intake stubs.

Then, when looking around last night, I found these. On paper a more suitable replacement. I've ordered 3. Has anyone any experience with these?

I have no experience with those, but wow someone has an expensive toy, that they are printing with..., the print should be a good quality object, as that is what MJF excels at. The printer that would have been used to print that is around 50K euros, so good quality, and its used massively in the final production of automotive parts.

Ok, thanks for that. The fit looks good in the pics and the seller ensures that the material resists up to 170°C so on paper all's well.
